Where is the brewery?

23 Balmoral Road, Belfast, BT12 6QA

Is there a taproom at your brewery?

Unfortunately not, our taproom is located at Bullhouse East, 442-446 Newtownards Road, Belfast, BT4 1HJ

How do I make a return?

Items can only be returned within 14 days after receiving.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags and in its original packaging. You must also include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bullhousebrewco.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. The return will need to be sent to Bullhouse Brew Co. 23 Balmoral Road, Belfast, BT12 6QA.

When will I receive a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will then let you know if the refund is approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card to process the refund. If more than 15 days have passed since we’ve approved your refund and you still have not received it please contact us at info@bullhousebrewco.com.

When will my order be dispatched?

All online orders are dispatched via next day delivery with DPD/DHL on the island of Ireland and via 2 day delivery to GB.

We do not offer weekend shipping.

How much is shipping?

Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Where possible, we also pack merch in the same box to reduce costs to you. All consignments can be tracked online with the tracking number provided in your dispatch email / text message direct from DHL/DPD. An adult (over 18) must be present to accept delivery as it is alcohol.

Do you offer click & collect?

Yes, you can collect your order for free from Bullhouse East. This will usually be within 2 working days. Customers will be notified via email when their orders are ready to collect..

Do you sell gift vouchers?

We sell gift vouchers that can be redeemed for our online store only. Gift vouchers are digital only and will be emailed to the recipient. The gift voucher must be used within 12 months of receiving.

If you would like to purchase a gift card for Bullhouse East, these can be bought directly from the taproom.

Where do you ship to?

Only UK & ROI currently (not including the Isle Of Man).

When will the beer I want come back in stock?

If an item is out of stock please ensure you select ‘notify me when available’. This will make sure you receive an email notification when it returns to stock. Stock levels vary and are subject to the brewery production schedule and seasonality etc.

Are your beers vegan?

Yes, all our beers are vegan.

Do you sell gluten free beers?

At the moment, we unfortunately do not sell gluten free beers.

What are the opening times?

We’re open 7 days a week from:

Monday - Thursday 12pm - 11pm
Friday - Saturday 12pm - 1am
Sunday 1pm - 10pm

If anything changes with our opening times we’ll be sure to update everyone via our social media.

Do you serve food?

Yes! We have freshly stone-baked pizza available everyday from:

Monday - Thursday from 4pm
Fri - Sat from 12pm
Sunday from 1pm

Can the pizzas be made gluten free or vegan?

Yes, all pizzas can be made gluten free and vegan. Please inform staff of any allergies or dietary requirements.

How do I order pizza?

Please order pizza & drinks at the bar inside, pizza will be brought out to your table.

Do you only serve beer?

No! If you’re not a beer drinker, you’re still welcome! We have ciders, wines, spirits, soft drinks, tea and coffees available. We also have a range of non-alcoholic drinks and gluten free beers.

Can I book a table at Bullhouse East?

Unfortunately we don’t take bookings or reservations, we operate with a walk-in policy only.

We don’t close the bar for private events as we like to remain open every day as a social gathering place for the community.

Can I bring my dog and kids?

Yes! We love our well behaved four legged friends and will have treats and water bowls available inside and out. We do ask that your dogs are well behaved and kept on leads at all times. We also ask that you refrain from bringing your dog when the bar is very busy.

We are child friendly until 9pm, but again at the weekend it may be too busy and loud for young children.

Do I need to buy a ticket for your weekly events?

Events which require tickets (such as Beer & Cheese night) will be advertised on social media with tickets available on our website. However for weekly events such as open mic night, chess club, movie night etc, there’s no need to book. Just turn up and enjoy!

Do you show sports matches?

We occasionally show sport matches such as the Six Nations & the World Cup, all screenings will be advertised on our social media. On occasion where the match clashes with one of our scheduled weekly events, the match may not be shown or will be shown without sound. Please keep an eye on our social media for updates.

I’ve left something at the bar, what should I do?

Please contact us via our social media and our team will do our best to find the item for you.

However Bullhouse staff are not responsible or liable for any personal items.

Do you take cash?

No, we operate as a card only business.

How can I buy a gift voucher?

We have gift vouchers available at the bar to buy, however these are only valid for the taproom Bullhouse East. If you would like to use a gift card for our website, you can purchase an online-only gift card.

Do you have Off-Sales available?

es, we have 20% off all Off-Sales.

I purchased an item online and chose Click & Collect, when will my parcel be available to pick up?

Click & Collect from Bullhosue East is usually available within 2 working days. Customers will be notified when their orders are ready to collect via email notification. Please present your name & order number to a member of staff at the taproom and they will bring you your order.
