Shipping policy

Shipping will be calculated at checkout and you will receive free shipping with any purchase over £50 or when you subscribe to mixed cases.

Dispatch

Orders are fulfilled daily and dispatched at 9am (Please note orders received after 8am Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be dispatched until Monday).

All online orders are dispatched next day delivery with DPD/DHL on the island of Ireland and 2 day delivery to GB. We do not offer weekend shipping.

All consignments can be tracked online with the tracking number provided in your dispatch email / text message direct from DHL/DPD. An adult (over 18) must be present to accept delivery as it is alcohol.

Where possible, we also pack merch in the same box to reduce costs to you, our valued customer!

Delivery Delays

We aim to ensure all orders are delivered on time, however we cannot accept liability for delays outside of our control from our carriers.  If you have a delivery delay please contact us and we will work with out carrier to get your beer to you.

Click & Collect

Free Click & Collect available from Bullhouse East, usually available within 2 working days. Customers will be notified when their orders are ready to collect via email notification.

Subscription Shipping Schedule

Subscription orders placed between the 1st–14th will be shipped on the 16th of the month (or the closest working day), and orders from the 15th onwards will be shipped on the 1st working day of the following month.
