Buying Alcohol

All orders containing alcohol must be placed by customers aged 18 or over. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are legally entitled to purchase alcohol.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe the purchaser is under the legal drinking age or has provided false or misleading information.

We may carry out age verification checks before processing your order. If we are unable to verify your age, we may contact you to request additional proof of age before dispatching your order.

Delivery

Our delivery partners may operate a Challenge 25 policy. If the person accepting delivery appears to be under 25, they may be asked to provide valid photo ID before the order is handed over.

If suitable identification cannot be provided, the driver may refuse to deliver the order and it may be returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for any re-delivery.

Alcohol will not be left in a safe place or with anyone who appears to be under the legal drinking age.
