MOON WALKIN'

Another collaboration? Oh aye.

We couldn’t be more excited to have teamed up with Eggers for their New Moon Harvest Project. Eggers are a sixth-generation hop-growing family in New Zealand who’ve been growing hops for more than 150 years.

Like us, they’re independent, obsessed with great ingredients and not interested in doing things just because that’s how they’ve always been done. They’re more interested in growing great hops and seeing where they can take them.

That’s where the New Moon Harvest Project comes in. These specialist hops are harvested under the new moon, a moment that’s carried cultural and spiritual significance across different traditions for centuries. It’s a natural marker of a new lunar cycle, and a nod to the older rhythms of farming, growing and watching the sky.

There’s something pretty fitting about taking those hops and turning them into a beer about new beginnings.

So that’s what we did. We dry hopped this DIPA with the exclusive New Moon Harvest Hops, sprinkled in some Eggers’ Nelson Sauvin for good measure, and kept the Southern Hemisphere theme going with a healthy dose of Galaxy Spectrum.

Moon Walkin’ is big, dank and layered, with intense hop character packed into an 8% DIPA.

A beer born from an old rhythm, grown on the other side of the world, and brewed right here.

Now, grab a glass and get Moon Walkin’.
